小学课本上的敷衍回答已经成条件反射了 素质教育效果太好 怪我咯 T^T
言归正传，这句可能是寒暄随口打个招呼或者当成搭讪开场白，简单回答就好，但不要太敷衍，对别人的关心表示感谢，同时回问。另这句也可能关心你最近的情况，你在忙什么，你有什么计划，需要详谈。具体回答视情况而定，不展开来说的话记得一定回问对方

其实"how are you"说的也很少 ，很多时候都是说"how you doing"（对的 一般省了are但问起he she 都加is） "what's up" "what's been happening" “how's it going"
