5.We should act according to circumstances（环境）. （环境的内容是：we act ，即，随环境不同，为人做事也就不同—— 随机应变）
based on sth 中的 sth 是其句子的谓语动作的基础、依据 ，即，在……的基础上、以……为依据，进行发挥，如：
1.（人教版的高中英语 Book1的第10面）：Then it was based more on German than the English we speak at present.（当时讲的英语是以 German 为基础进行的）
2. His arguement was based on the evidence. （argument 的依据是：evidence）
